The President and CEO, J.C. Newell, was trained at Sheppard, AFB, and went on to graduate with an AAS in Biomedical Equipment Technology, BS in Business Studies, and an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management. After graduating with an MBA, J.C. became a Lead Instructor at Brown Mackie College, where over 150 students were trained, mentored, and developed in Biomedical Equipment Technology and Business Management. This is where the recruiting experience began and was cultivated towards one objective: to assist recent graduates in finding their home within the field by taking a comprehensive approach toward each graduate while providing advocacy in the hiring process.
